Acoustic Project Brief Template
Prepare a clear acoustic brief by documenting the room use, sound problem, construction, dimensions, equipment and target outcome.
Define the problem
State whether the issue is echo inside the room, noise entering, noise leaving, equipment vibration or a combination.
Describe the room
Record dimensions, surface finishes, doors, windows, ceiling construction, surrounding rooms and operating hours.
Set the objective
Explain the expected use: speech, music recording, cinema, meetings, dining, teaching or machinery. Include any measurable target available.
